Isaac Witty is one of the very few comics to have ever performed stand-up on Garrison Keillor’s “A Prairie Home Companion.” His recent album, “Zero Balance,” exemplifies his quirky and sometimes dark style that he’s mastered over the course of two decades. He has also headlined several USO tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, Japan and Guam. Moviegoers caught a glimpse of Byrne in “The Dilemma,” “Couple’s Retreat,” “Four Christmases” and “The Goods: The Don Ready Story.” He starred in three seasons of “Sullivan and Son” and made appearances on “The Middle,” “Chappelle’s Show,” The Howard Stern Show” and “The Real Wedding Crashers.” He mastered no small feat by appearing 10 times on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” Byrne has opened for Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Modest Mouse, Puddle of Mudd and many more. His very own half-hour “Comedy Central Presents” was voted as one of the best specials of all time in the “Comedy Central Standup Showdown.” Paving the way to his success were his specials, “Steve Byrne’s Happy Hour” and “The Byrne Identity,” which were two of the top rated specials on Comedy Central.
